Costuming

The costume levy is used to purchase materials and decorations for new costume supplies for the year and hire of all other costumes. Each family is responsible to have the new costumes made and decorated prior to the commencement of competitions.

We understand that not everyone is able to sew or decorate costumes. Each section will have names of people able to sew costumes, at a cost to you, if you are unable to arrange the sewing and decorating yourself. Please see your group rep for this information.

School Holidays

Classes are generally held during term breaks. Some sections may have different class times to normal as an alternative at this time, your group rep or coach will let you know in advance if this is the case.

If your family is planning to be away on holidays at any time please let your group rep know the dates as soon as possible to allow for any class changes etc.

Notices will be sent home with news of any other class cancellations or changes.
